Churrascos - WestchaseThanks for the yummy brunch!I had such a good time with my friends at brunch! We just graduated high school and went out to celebrate. My friends and I had a great time getting omelettes, crepes, and ceviche. The best part was that there was some food for every type of eater. No matter what your palate is, there was some kind of delicious food for you. And the waiters were really sweet and they took care of us quickly, always with a smile. I would definitely come back here again... preferably with a wealthy date, so I won't have to pay, hehe. :P6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMDiscovered a great new brunchEven though I lived in Houston for 10 years, and had eaten at Churrascos’ for lunch and dinner on several occasions, it was my husband who discovered they also had a brunch. We went once and were hooked. The food is great, the service is great, and the drinks are, you guessed it, great. We were very disappointed in the waiter. He was unenthusiastic, not helpful at all. Never cracked a smile, looked irritated. In our party, there were 12 adults and each of them made a comment about his poor service and attitude. The food is fabulous and the ambiance is lovely as always. We had a party of 15 and everyone was very satisfied with the quality and variety of the food, drinks and desserts. There are discounted rates for seniors and children. Bottomless mimosas, margaritas and mojitos for $12. A great place to celebrate without having to plan a party and cater in. I made my reservations online and they confirmed with me online and by phone.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMFresh food and great serviceMy wife and I were there a bit earlier than normal, but it was 6 pm in the bar which is great because the room is a bit more private it seems. The waiter was great be basically have me a free wine tasting of a few wines because I couldn't decide.
My wife also strayed a little from her normal order Nd got the sea bass. It was perfectly cooked. Flaky tasty and had a great sauce. I got the churrasco steak like always.
One thing I have noticed over the times I have gone is a steady increase in price and a slight overcooking of the steak. It was still great but you should consider ordering the steak one level down from normal. Especially if you order it medium. With the steak so thin it's easy to overcook. But it was still awesome.5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was delicious, priceThe food was delicious, price was fair, the service could have been better, waiter was not friendly another waiter/manager had to attend us at times, and it took too long to receive our food and process our check. Regardless I wll visit again, hopefully the service will be better.

The highlight of the selection for us is the whole roasted pig with the succulent meat and the crispt skin. Their beef tenderloin is beyond tender and my personal favorite is the roast lamb. I don't like to fill up on the omelette station which looks absolutely great, when there are sooo many choices to select from on the vast array of food and deserts.The bottomless drinks choice is a great addition instead of just Mimosas. I really enjoyes my Bloody Marys. The food was so delish. Carving station had ham, beef tenderloin, whole cooked pig, and lamb. They had an omelet station, pasta station, salads which included cheviche and boiled shrimp, breakfast station with wonderful hash browned potatoes and the brisket and ribs were so tender that they melted in your mouth. If you still had room, the had a dessert station with just the right size desserts so you could get a few and not feel too guilty. We made a good pick in choosing Churasscos! We had excellent service Saturday evening at 8p.m., wish I could remember the server's name as he really made our night. You can be in the front of the restaurant with plenty of natural light or you can go to the back and enjoy a dark romantic setting.
The food as always is fantastic. I always have the Churrasco and the meat is excellent. Super tender and well seasoned. My counterpart always has the Pollo Encamisado which is a crushed plantain chip encrusted chicken breast on a bed of Black bean puree which is delicious. Drinks are awesome and the service is great.
