Manhattan Steak and SeafoodThe Rib-eye is heavenly..The Rib-eye is heavenly.. My son always order steak when we dine out. He took one bite. Pause and was speechless. It literally melt in his mouth. He took his time and enjoyed every piece of it.

This place didn't quite have the unique variety of Mr. Stox but they did have a

What I love about Manhattan is their delicious food, great service, happy employees, live music, and a reasonable price. What my hubby likes is their seafood: cracked crab legs, mussles, shrimp, lox/bagles, & fresh sushi and, of course, his unlimited bubbly. They have traditional brunch items but Manhattan always prepares something different to surprises us - last weekend was duck & beef stroganoff made from filet mignon. They have lots of good food for the kids too but to top it off, their prices are very reasonable (approx. $30/pp) unless you order O.J. to go with your champange but that is just a minor annoyance compared to all that Manhattan has to offer!5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMOverall excellent experience.Overall excellent experience. We visited the Bar/Jazz lounge before and after dinner. It was a great treat with a very personable band. I highly recommend MS&S. It is pricy and we definitely got what we paid for! Whether it was the original ambiance and menu or just we missed the old place, we were not impressed.
We decided to try it again for seafood this time and we were pleasantly surprised by the choices on the menu, the service and vibe. My ahi was excellent especially the wasabi potatoes. My husband's lobster bisque and lobster was equally deliciosu.
Steve was training Ashton and they both were very attentive.

Service was outstanding... ambiance was very nice, with NO pressure. Can't believe we had never even heard about this place until we saw it on Open Table. It may not be known as one of OC's trendy gems as we didn't see a single OC Housewife !!! But we wanted a nice "end of 2012" dinner that was close enough to take a taxi. So we decided to give it another try. We are SO GLAD we did! The service was excellent (thank you Alex and his assistants), the food amazing, and the music and dancing in the lounge was a PERFECT way to end the night. Party minded people "need not apply" for the lounge evening. This is your old school class act band, music and atmosphere. Service is thoughtful and attentive, without being intrusive. We both opted for the French Dip on the recommendation of our server. She was right! The French Dip was flavorful and tender. We then followed her recommendation to try the chocolate chip bread pudding for dessert. She was right again! In past visits, this restaurant has always had a quiet, elegant ambience. On this day, however, a large party seemed to be having their company holiday celebration. They were definitely having a great time!
