We especially liked that the menu for brunch was more than just your typical egg and french toast choices. They had a full menu with pastas and fish and chicken and steak.     Smith & Wollensky was the first steak restaurant I dined in. You never forget your first. However, the memories are better than reality when seen through rose colored glasses. The steaks and sides were certainly well prepared. There are a plethora of steakhouses in NYC and this restaurant seems to have moved a litlle towards the middle of the pack. Still a gem but maybe for the memories....More
